R & R: How did you get your start?

RK: I have been singing since I was 3. I competed in my first singing contest at a mall when I was 10 - I got 3rd.

R & R: Who are your musical influences?

RK: Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Elton John

R & R: What's on your IPod?

RK: When I Look at You - Miley Cyrus, Hey, Soul Sister - Train, Time of Our Lives - Miley Cyrus

R & R: Tell us who is your secret crush?

RK: Nick Jonas is my celebrity crush, I can't tell you the name of my current crush, but he's in the business and has a great sense of style!

R & R: What do you do when you aren't singing?

RK: I have been competitive cheerleading for 10 years. I also am on the track team.

R & R: What's up for you this summer?

RK: I will be writing new music - I write my own music and lyrics and auditioning!

R & R: Do you have any pets?

RK: I have a dog named Trixie!

R & R: If you weren't a singer, what could you see yourself doing?

RK: I think I would be a photographer, a celebrity photographer! I would love to do those celebrity photo shoots in Vanity Fair!

R & R: Do you get nervous before you perform?

RK: I have never had any problems with nerves in smaller venues - I am looking forward to my first 'Big' concert whenever it comes.

R & R: What motivates you to keep up?

RK: It's what I want to do! Playing music is my way to relax.
