R&R: So, "WYE" don't you introduce us to all your band members?

WYE: Andy Scott Harris plays lead guitar,

Eden:Hain plays rhythm guitar and sings, Justin Berger is on bass, and Chris Wynne is our drummer.

Ryan: You all seem really mature for your age, but how does a band of 12-year-olds manage to juggle school, social life, a hectic rehearsal and performance schedule, and still get along so well?

Randi: Yeah, when I was 12, I was still playing Barbies and having tickle fights with my BFF!

Ryan: Ok, Randi - once again, TMI...

WYE: Well, our parents see us as "old souls" and sensed that we would all get along really well together. We are fun-loving and do spend a bit of time rough-housing - like brothers.

Eden: Yeah, but I'm more like the mom. I love all these guys, but I am the control freak of the band. I like to have it calm; if not, I yell!

R&R: So, in what genre would you characterize your music?

WYE: We like to think of it as "60s-80s Classical Rock in Modern Times."

R&R: Wow, that's a really unique sound, particularly for artists your age. Who decided on your sound?

WYE: It's really a shared philosophy - we're all in this together. We each have our own musical influences, but we also appreciate each other's backgrounds.

R&R: Ok, we have to know who inspired each of you musically.

WYE: Sure. Andy is a big Led Zeppelin fan; Eden's main influences are David Bowie and Joan Jett; Chris grooves to Linkin Park and The Who; and, Justin is a Beatles and Rush man.

Randi: So nobody is into that cute Justin Bieber that everyone else your age likes?

WYE: Umm...NO.

R&R: So...do you all write songs for the band?

WYE: Actually, Eden is our song writer. She will come in with a new song that she's been working on, and we all learn it in rehearsal.

Ryan: Yeah - girl power! So, Eden, how do you go about writing the song - do the lyrics come first, or the music?

Eden: Definitely, the music. I think of a chord sequence, then think of words - hate them, then think of more words! Eventually, it all comes together.

R&R: Just like your unique group of band members. Folks - watch out for these guys! WYE? Because there will be a lot coming down the pipe from them!
